WarmySender bundles the four tools a cold-email operation normally rents separately: mailbox warm-up, a sending platform, a lead database, and email verification.

That bundle is the pitch. Instead of Warmup Inbox plus Instantly plus Apollo plus a verifier, one licence.

The AppSumo deal starts at $49 for 10,000 emails a month across 40 mailboxes.

The verdict? Consider.

TL;DR. WarmySender is live on AppSumo from $49 to $399, giving cold-email sending, peer-to-peer warm-up, a B2B lead database, and pre-send verification in one tool. Tier 1 replaces a $14.99-a-month plan and pays back in four months. The catch: the 1,000 monthly leads arrive at 33 a day, LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach cost extra every month, the database is thin outside the US, and the company is under a year old. A Consider.

I run every LTD review through the same editorial process: read the listing, map the tiers to the vendor's real plans, price the add-ons, and read the three-taco review before the five-taco ones.

What does WarmySender actually do?

WarmySender is a cold-email platform with warm-up, leads, and verification built in.

The warm-up is peer to peer. Your mailboxes exchange multi-turn threads, up to five replies deep, with a network of other Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and private-domain mailboxes. It ramps from one email a day on a new domain, caps at 120 a day per mailbox, and only reaches full volume after the domain is two weeks old with spam under 2% and bounces under 1%.

The sending side is a visual sequence builder with eight conditional branch types, subject-line testing up to 26 variants, mailbox rotation and pacing, a pre-send spam score, custom tracking domains, and a unified inbox.

The leads come from a database the vendor puts at 200 million contacts, with the honest caveat from their own answers that industry tagging is near-empty outside the US and street-level data is US-only.

The verifier runs before every send and flags catch-all addresses on Outlook and Yahoo.

On top of that there is a REST API and an MCP connector so Claude or Cursor can build and run campaigns.

The vendor sells Pro at $14.99 a month, $80.88 a year, or $162 for three years, with 10,000 emails, 50 mailboxes, and 2,000 leads. Enterprise is $69.99 a month or $756 for three years with 100,000 emails and 400 mailboxes.

Is the WarmySender lifetime deal active?

Yes, the AppSumo deal is live with no end date set.

The buy box shows License Tier 1 at $49 against a $179.88 anchor. The listing carries 12 reviews, a 4.75 rating, and 73 purchases. It has AppSumo's Select badge.

The deal terms give lifetime access, all future Pro Plan updates, activation within 60 days, upgrades between the four tiers while the deal is live, and downgrades within 60 days. Note that every tier maps to Pro, the vendor's lowest plan, even though Tiers 2 to 4 exceed Pro's limits.

Refunds run for 60 days.

Two definitions from the vendor matter. Connected mailboxes is how many you can send from. Warming at once is how many of those can run warm-up concurrently. The same mailbox can be both.

The verification allowances were quadrupled on 1 September 2026, from 200 on Tier 1 to 800, after buyers asked.

Tier 1 pays back in four months against Pro at $14.99 and saves $491 over three years.

The fairer benchmark is the vendor's own three-year prepay, because that is the closest thing to a lifetime price they sell. Pro for three years is $162. Tier 1 at $49 is less than a third of that, with fewer leads, fewer mailboxes, and one seat instead of two.

Tier 4 at $399 against Enterprise's three-year price of $756 is the same story: half the price, similar email volume, a few more mailboxes, a few fewer leads.

The struck anchors, $179.88 to $1,798.80, are twelve times a monthly price only Tier 1 actually has. Ignore them above Tier 1.

What is the honest catch?

There are three, and the first one surprised a buyer enough to write a three-taco review.

Warning

The honest catch

The monthly lead allowance is metered daily. Tier 1's 1,000 leads arrive at about 33 a day, and days you do not use are gone. A verified buyer wrote on the AppSumo listing on 6 September 2026 that this "feels like you are promising 1,000 leads per month but underdelivering". The vendor confirmed the pacing is by design and pointed to one-time lead credit packs from $15 per 10,000 as the way around it.

The second catch is the channels. The listing talks about LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp outreach. None of it is in the lifetime deal. Those are seats at $15, $20, and $10 a month respectively, with no lifetime option because each connected account holds a dedicated IP and session around the clock. A launch code gives 20% off for six months. If multi-channel is why you are buying, budget for the second meter.

The third is the database. The vendor's own answers say industry and category tagging is near-empty outside the US, street and postcode data is US-only, and there is no radius search. A Tier 2 buyer in Mexico found about 650,000 contacts for his country but had to filter by job title and city because the industry field was blank.

Smaller things: Gmail connects through app passwords rather than OAuth, the warm-up ramp settings have a learning curve, and support runs on business days at roughly 24 hours. One five-taco review carries AppSumo's incentivised badge, and one was flagged by AppSumo's moderation for focusing on the paid add-ons yet still shows live.

The Ledger

Pros · Cons

Worth your wallet

  • Warm-up, sending, leads, and verification in one licence instead of four subscriptions
  • Peer-to-peer warm-up with five-reply threads, praised in nearly every review
  • Pre-send verification catches Outlook and Yahoo catch-alls before they bounce
  • REST API and MCP connector on every tier including $49
  • Founder answers every review and question, and quadrupled verification limits on request
  • Tier 1 at $49 is under a third of the vendor's own three-year Pro price

Hold the cheque

  • Leads metered at 33 a day on Tier 1 with no carry-over
  • LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp are monthly add-ons outside the deal
  • Lead database has near-empty industry data outside the US
  • Every tier maps to Pro Plan updates, the vendor's lowest plan
  • Company founded November 2025 in Dubai with under ten people
  • 12 reviews, all from the first week, one incentivised

Who should buy WarmySender?

Buy Tier 1 if you run cold email from a few mailboxes and are tired of paying three tools to do one job.

Good fits:

  • freelancers and consultants sending a few hundred cold emails a week
  • small agencies warming new client domains before a campaign
  • founders doing their own outbound who want the MCP connector for Claude
  • sales teams whose targets are in the US, where the database is strongest

If you need three or more seats, Tier 2 at $119 is the practical floor.

Who should skip it?

Skip it if your prospects are outside the US and you were buying for the database. Bring your own list and treat the leads as a bonus.

Skip it if LinkedIn or WhatsApp is the main channel. That is a monthly subscription with a different price list.

And skip it if your outbound volume already justifies Instantly or Smartlead. Those have years of deliverability data behind them, and this vendor has ten months.

How does WarmySender compare to Lemlist and Instantly?

Lemlist is the polished multi-channel sequencer, with LinkedIn steps included in the plan and prices that start where WarmySender's Tier 3 ends.

Instantly is the volume sender with a built-in warm-up pool and a lead database, sold monthly. It is the closest match in shape, and it has a much longer record.

WarmySender's edge is the price and the bundle on a one-time licence. Its gap is track record and the daily lead metering. If you would not trust a ten-month-old vendor with your sending domains, that decides it.

Frequently Asked Questions

01Is the WarmySender lifetime deal still available?

Yes. The AppSumo deal is live from $49 to $399 across four tiers with no end date set. Every tier carries a 60-day refund and maps to the vendor's Pro Plan for future updates.

02Are LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach included in the WarmySender lifetime deal?

No. The deal covers cold email, warm-up, B2B leads, and verification. LinkedIn is $15 a month per seat, Instagram $20, and WhatsApp $10 at launch pricing, with no lifetime option.

03How does the WarmySender lead allowance work?

It is metered daily. Tier 1's 1,000 leads a month arrive at roughly 33 a day, and unused days do not carry over. One-time lead credit packs from $15 per 10,000 bypass the daily pace.

04How many mailboxes can I warm up on the $49 tier?

Tier 1 connects up to 40 mailboxes and warms 10 of them at once. Warm-up caps at 120 emails a day per mailbox and ramps up from one a day on a new domain.

05What would WarmySender cost without the lifetime deal?

Pro is $14.99 a month, $80.88 a year, or $162 for three years. Enterprise is $69.99 a month or $756 for three years. Tier 1 at $49 pays back in four months against Pro monthly.

Is it worth buying?

WarmySender is a Consider.

The bundle is real and the warm-up is the part people keep praising. At $49 for what three tools would cost you monthly, the price is not the question.

The question is whether a ten-month-old company in Dubai will still be running your warm-up network in three years, and whether the daily lead drip and the add-on channels fit how you actually prospect. Buy Tier 1, warm one domain, watch the placement, and decide inside 60 days. If you need more mature infrastructure, the Email shelf has the tools with a record.
