INBOX is an email marketing and automation platform — campaigns, sequences, segmentation, and cold email from one workspace. The AppSumo LTD starts at $99 for 2,500 contacts on the lifetime Pro plan. It is a Buy.

This one is personal. I run my own newsletters and cold outreach on INBOX, on an earlier-generation lifetime plan with a 25,000-contact allowance. That older deal still works exactly as sold, which tells you something most listings cannot: this vendor honours its LTD buyers years later.

Deliverability has been the standout in my use. Nothing has bitten yet.

What is INBOX?

INBOX (useinbox.com) is a full email marketing platform, not a single-purpose sender.

The campaign side: a drag-and-drop editor, hundreds of newsletter templates, A/B split testing, and real-time tracking of opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes.

The automation side: welcome flows, drip sequences, list segmentation, contact scoring, and custom fields for whatever attributes your list carries.

And the part that made me pick it: cold email lives in the same workspace, so outreach and newsletter sends do not need two separate tools.

The company behind it launched the platform in October 2014, started in Turkey, and now runs from Toronto with a team of about 24. GDPR, CASL, and CCPA compliance are built in.

How INBOX holds up in real use

I am not reviewing this one from public pages alone. My own sends — newsletters and cold outreach both — run through INBOX on an earlier lifetime plan with a 25,000-contact allowance.

Two things from that experience matter for this listing.

Deliverability is the real thing. Email platforms live or die on whether mail lands in the inbox, and this is where INBOX has been strongest for me. Opens stay healthy on both the newsletter and the cold side.

The old LTD still works. Email LTDs carry a structural risk no other category has: the vendor pays real sending costs forever on your one-time payment. The way to judge that risk is to look at how a vendor treated its previous LTD buyers. INBOX's answer is sitting in my account — an older-generation deal, still running, never degraded or migrated away.
