Sheetify CRM turns a Google Sheet into a small-business CRM.

It is not a web app. You copy a template into your own Google Drive, run a setup script, and the spreadsheet becomes a pipeline, contact list, task tracker, and email tool.

The AppSumo deal is $39 for the CRM, or $99 with the Bookkeeping and Projects templates added.

The verdict? Consider. Here is how it scores against the way we review deals.

TL;DR. Sheetify CRM is live on AppSumo at $39, or $99 for three toolkits. There is no subscription to beat; the vendor already sells it one-time for $67. The catch: a solo-founder template that runs inside Google's quotas, with no independent reviews. Tier 2 suits micro-businesses already on Google Workspace.

Sheetify CRM is live as an AppSumo Launchpad deal at $39 for Tier 1, with a 60-day refund.

What does Sheetify CRM actually do?

Sheetify CRM is a Google Sheets template powered by Google Apps Script. Once set up, the sheet gives you:

  • a contact and lead list with type, source, and date added
  • a visual sales pipeline with multiple stages
  • tasks that sync with Google Tasks
  • inventory, invoice tracking, customer lifetime value, and support tickets
  • a performance dashboard
  • lead capture through Google Forms
  • personalised email campaigns sent from your own Gmail
  • click-to-call and message links for WhatsApp, Google Voice, and SMS

Your data stays in your own Drive. There is no Sheetify server holding your contacts, and the sheet keeps working even if you never open the vendor's site again.

Two sister templates come in Tier 2. Bookkeeping handles income and expenses, invoices and quotes, a profit and loss statement, a balance sheet, and an AI receipt scanner. Projects adds Gantt, calendar, and Kanban views.

Sheetify is run by Stewart Gauld, who started it in 2023 after running a small-business marketing agency.

Is the Sheetify CRM lifetime deal active?

Yes, the AppSumo deal is live with no end date set.

It is an AppSumo Launchpad listing, AppSumo's label for early-stage products, and it opened on launch day with no reviews. The vendor's own store shows 94 reviews of the CRM, 82% of them five stars, but those sit on the vendor's site rather than an independent one. Sheetify has no reviews on Trustpilot or G2.

The terms give lifetime access, all future updates for the toolkits in your tier, and a 60-day refund. You must activate within 60 days. The terms also say future AI models may need an add-on.

There are no seat, contact, or record limits on either tier. The limits come from Google instead.

Sheetify's separate Inventory toolkit, sold for $57 on its own, is not in the deal.

How do the maths work out?

There is no subscription to run this against. Sheetify sells every toolkit as a one-time purchase on its own site.

The CRM costs $67 direct, and Bookkeeping and Projects cost $57 each. The site offers 30% off any three toolkits together.

Tier 1 at $39 saves $28 against buying the CRM direct.

Tier 2 at $99 saves $82 against the three toolkits at list price, or about $28 against the three-toolkit bundle discount.

The bigger difference is the refund. The vendor's own store does not accept returns on these downloads. AppSumo gives 60 days.

For context, the CRMs this replaces bill every month. Copper, the CRM built for Google Workspace, starts at $29 per seat a month. Streak, the CRM inside Gmail, costs $59 per user a month on its Pro plan. Both are far more capable products, but a micro-business that only needs a pipeline and a contact list pays for either one in a single month.

What is the honest catch?

There are three. The first is Google's limits.

Warning

The honest catch

Sheetify runs on Google Sheets and Apps Script, so Google's quotas are your quotas. Apps Script caps email recipients at 100 a day on a free Gmail account and 1,500 on Google Workspace. Sheets also has a cell limit, and big sheets get slow. This is a CRM for a few hundred customers and a modest email list, not a sales team.

The second is one founder. The terms of service name Stewart Gauld personally rather than a company. Because you own your copy, the CRM keeps working if he stops. What stops is updates and fixes when Google changes something.

The third is permissions. The Sheetify Flow add-on, which links the templates, asks for access to all your Google Sheets files and the right to run when you are not present. That is normal for Apps Script tools, but it is broad.

The Ledger

Pros · Cons

Worth your wallet

  • Your CRM data lives in your own Google Drive
  • No seat, contact, or record limits from the vendor
  • Tier 2 adds bookkeeping and project tracking for $60 more
  • Cheaper than buying direct, and AppSumo adds a 60-day refund
  • 94 reviews on the vendor's store, mostly five stars
  • Works with Gmail, Google Forms, Google Tasks, and Calendar

Hold the cheque

  • Bound by Google Sheets and Apps Script limits
  • Gmail campaigns capped at 100 recipients a day on free accounts
  • Single founder, with no company named in the terms
  • No reviews on AppSumo, Trustpilot, or G2
  • Changing core sheets or automations needs Apps Script knowledge

Who should buy Sheetify CRM?

Buy it if you run a small business from Google Workspace and want a pipeline without another subscription.

Good fits:

  • freelancers and consultants tracking a few dozen leads at a time
  • small service businesses that want CRM, invoices, and projects in one place
  • real estate agents and trades who already live in Gmail
  • anyone who wants to own their customer data outright

Tier 2 at $99 is the better buy if you would otherwise pay for a bookkeeping tool. The CRM alone is fine at $39 if you only need sales tracking.

Who should skip it?

Skip it if you have a sales team or a large list. Google's sheet size and script quotas will catch up with you. A proper CRM like Heffl is the better one-time buy at that point.

Skip it if you want to send bulk email marketing. The Gmail campaigns are for personal outreach, not newsletters.

Skip it if spreadsheets frustrate you. This is still a spreadsheet, with all the fragility that comes with one.

How does Sheetify CRM compare to Copper, Streak, and HubSpot?

Copper and Streak are real CRMs that sit inside Google Workspace and Gmail, with mobile apps, team permissions, and reporting a spreadsheet cannot match. They bill every month per seat.

HubSpot has a free CRM for small teams, with limits on users and contacts. It is the obvious alternative for anyone who does not care about owning the data.

Sheetify is for the buyer who wants the opposite: a one-time payment and a file they control. On this desk, Better Sheets is the other Google Sheets deal we rate, and Stackby is the pick if you want a spreadsheet-style database with more structure.

Frequently Asked Questions

01Is the Sheetify CRM lifetime deal still available?

Yes. Sheetify CRM is live on AppSumo at $39 for the CRM and $99 for the CRM, Bookkeeping, and Projects toolkits, with a 60-day refund and no end date set.

02Is Sheetify CRM a subscription?

No. Sheetify CRM is a Google Sheets template that you buy once. The vendor sells it directly for $67 one-time, and the AppSumo deal is $39.

03Where is my Sheetify CRM data stored?

In your own Google Drive. The CRM is a copy of a Google Sheet that you own, run by Apps Script in your Google account.

04How many emails can Sheetify CRM send a day?

It sends through your Gmail, so Google's Apps Script quotas apply: 100 recipients a day on a free Gmail account and 1,500 on Google Workspace. The vendor recommends 100 to 250 per sender for deliverability.

05What is the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?

Tier 1 at $39 is the CRM toolkit only. Tier 2 at $99 adds the Bookkeeping and Projects toolkits. Neither tier includes the Inventory toolkit.

Is it worth buying?

Sheetify CRM is a Consider.

For a one-person or very small business on Google Workspace, it is a sensible way to get a pipeline, a contact list, and simple bookkeeping without a monthly bill. You own the file, and the AppSumo copy comes with a refund the vendor's store does not offer.

It is still a spreadsheet run by one founder, inside Google's limits. Buy Tier 2, move a month of real leads and invoices into it inside the 60 days, and keep it only if the sheet stays quick and the setup makes sense to you. The Sales shelf has the other CRM deals we track.
