Soku is an AI agent for paid ads.

It connects to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, reads your conversion data from GA4 and Shopify, and tells you what is working. If you let it, it also pauses ads, moves budget, and launches new ones.

The AppSumo deal starts at $59. The vendor's cheapest paid plan is $19 a month.

The verdict? Consider. Here is how it scores against the way we review deals.

TL;DR. Soku is live on AppSumo from $59 to $699 across five tiers. Tier 3 at $249 matches the $49 Starter plan's credits and pays back in about five months. The catch: a launch-day deal with no reviews, credit-metered AI, and a seed-stage company new to this product. Skip Tier 1.

What does Soku actually do?

Soku sits on top of your ad accounts and works as an analyst that can also make changes.

On the analysis side, it audits accounts, sends daily and weekly briefs, and raises alerts when ROAS drops, CPA spikes, or spend behaves oddly. It pulls in GA4, Shopify, and Search Console, so it judges ads on revenue and conversions rather than clicks.

On the action side, it can pause ads, shift budget, and launch new ads on Google, Meta, and TikTok. Negative keywords and bid changes are Google only. Ad set edits are Meta only.

Around that are AI creatives, including video, chat-based analysis, competitor and search monitoring, and white-label client reports for agencies.

The safeguards are the interesting part. Read-only is the default. You switch on write actions per workflow, and each action has a risk level, so routine changes can run on their own while anything that raises spend waits for your approval. Every action goes into a log with the numbers behind it.

AI work is metered in monthly credits that reset every cycle and do not roll over.

The Soku website says it is a product of About Intelligence Inc., "a Nexad company". Nexad raised a $6 million seed in April 2025 to build advertising inside AI apps. Soku is a newer product for advertisers on the big platforms.

Is the Soku lifetime deal active?

Yes, the AppSumo deal is live with no end date set.

It is an AppSumo Launchpad listing, AppSumo's label for early-stage products. It opened on launch day with no reviews and no questions, and Soku has no user reviews on Capterra or G2 either.

The terms give lifetime access, all future plan updates, upgrades and downgrades between the five tiers, and a 60-day refund. You must activate within 60 days.

AppSumo buyers can also buy extra credits at $20 per 10,000, one-time with no expiry. That is a third cheaper than the vendor's own $3 per 1,000.

Three features on the vendor's paid plans do not appear in the deal's feature list: ChatGPT Ads campaigns, the multi-organisation setup, and priority support. Ask before buying if you need any of them.

Soku's pricing page sells Creator at $19, Starter at $49, and Pro at $249 a month on monthly billing, with 7,000, 20,000, and 200,000 credits. Yearly billing takes 20% off.

The deal tiers do not line up neatly. They give more brands, seats, and ad accounts than the subscriptions, but fewer credits.

Tier 3 at $249 is the clean comparison. It has the same 20,000 credits as Starter, plus far more brands and seats. Against Starter at $49 a month, it pays back in about five months and saves $1,515 over three years.

Tier 1 at $59 looks cheaper against Creator at $19 a month, paying back in about three months. But it has 5,000 credits against Creator's 7,000. You get more brands for fewer AI actions.

Tier 2 at $149 has 12,000 credits, between the two plans. Against Starter it pays back in about three months, if 12,000 credits are enough.

What is the honest catch?

There are three. The first is that nobody can say yet how far the credits go.

Warning

The honest catch

Credits are the real limit on this deal, and Soku does not publish what each action costs. The FAQ says creative generation and analysis use more, and light chat uses very little. Without numbers, you cannot tell whether 5,000 or 20,000 credits covers a month of your accounts. Use the first month of the refund window to watch the meter on real work.

The second is write access to real money. The approval design is sensible, but an AI agent that can move budget can also move it wrongly. Start in read-only mode and switch on actions one workflow at a time.

The third is the company. Soku has a funded parent, which helps. But it is a new product from a company that was founded in 2024 and started out in a different line of advertising. Lifetime buyers are a cost line for a seed-stage business, and products like this are the first to change direction if the numbers do not work.

The Ledger

Pros · Cons

Worth your wallet

  • Read-only by default, with approvals for risky changes and a full action log
  • Covers Google, Meta, and TikTok, judged on GA4 and Shopify revenue
  • Tier 3 matches Starter's credits and pays back in about five months
  • Extra credits a third cheaper than the vendor's own top-ups
  • Generous brands, seats, and ad account limits for agencies
  • 60-day refund to test credit burn

Hold the cheque

  • No published credit cost per action
  • Tier 1 has fewer credits than the $19 Creator plan
  • Launch-day listing with no reviews anywhere
  • New product from a 2024, seed-stage company
  • ChatGPT Ads and priority support not in the deal's feature list

Who should buy Soku?

Buy it if you run paid ads on two or more platforms and spend hours each week checking them.

Good fits:

  • small agencies managing Google and Meta for several clients, on Tier 3
  • Shopify store owners who run their own ads and want revenue-based alerts
  • freelance media buyers who want white-label reports
  • marketers who want daily briefs before they want automation

Who should skip it?

Skip it if you run a single campaign on a single platform. The native recommendations in Google and Meta cover most of that for free.

Skip Tier 1. It has fewer credits than a $19 monthly plan you can cancel.

Skip it if you want an AI to run your ads without supervision. That is not what this is, and it should not be.

How does Soku compare to AdEspresso and Bïrch?

AdEspresso starts at $49 a month for Meta and Google campaign building, with ad spend caps on the cheapest plan. Bïrch is a rules-based automation tool for Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snap, with its Pro plan at $99 a month.

Both are older and proven. Neither has Soku's chat-driven agent or its revenue data from Shopify and GA4. Soku is the newer idea at a lower price, with less history behind it.

Frequently Asked Questions

01Is the Soku lifetime deal still available?

Yes. Soku is live on AppSumo from $59 to $699 across five tiers, with a 60-day refund and no end date set.

02Can Soku change my ads without my approval?

Not by default. Soku starts in read-only mode. Write actions are switched on per workflow, and actions that raise spend wait for your approval.

03Do Soku credits roll over?

No. Monthly credits reset every cycle and do not roll over. AppSumo buyers can buy one-time credit packs at $20 per 10,000, which do not expire.

04Which Soku tier should I buy?

Tier 3 at $249. It has 20,000 credits a month, the same as the $49 Starter plan, plus 25 brands, 15 team members, and 50 ad accounts per channel. Tier 1 has fewer credits than the $19 Creator plan.

05What does Soku cost without the lifetime deal?

Creator is $19 a month, Starter is $49, and Pro is $249 on monthly billing, with 20% off for yearly billing. There is also a free plan with 2,000 starter credits.

Is it worth buying?

Soku is a Consider.

The product is built the right way for something that touches ad spend: it watches first, acts only when allowed, and logs everything. Tier 3 matches the vendor's $49 plan on credits and pays back in about five months.

But it is a launch-day deal for a new product, metered by credits nobody can price yet. Buy Tier 3 only if you run ads on two or more platforms, keep it on read-only for the first weeks, and refund it inside 60 days if the credits run out early.
