AnyChat puts every customer conversation in one inbox: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email, and a live-chat widget on your website.
On top of that it adds AI chatbots trained on your own content, chat flows, WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, a help desk, and a simple CRM.
The deal runs from $49 to $147. AnyChat's matching Growth plan costs $19 a month.
The verdict? Consider, at the Growth tier. Here is how it scores against the way we review deals.
TL;DR. AnyChat is live on AppSumo from $49 to $147, with new tier names. Growth at $147 matches the vendor's $19-a-month plan and pays back in about eight months. The catch: recent buyers report slow support, WhatsApp and AI costs sit on top, and the new tiers dropped agency rights. Growth is the tier to buy.

What does AnyChat actually do?
AnyChat is an omnichannel support inbox for small businesses and freelancers who sell through chat.
Connect your channels and every message lands in one shared inbox:
- Messaging apps: WhatsApp (through the official API, or a QR link to a normal number), Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, and more
- Website live chat: a customisable widget, a WordPress plugin, and unlimited sites
- Email: incoming mail turns into tickets
Around the inbox sit AI assistants trained on your website and documents, a chat-flow builder, WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, a knowledge base, and a CRM. There are iPhone and Android apps for replying on the go.
AnyChat is built by founder Andrew Maruschenko's small team in Kyiv. It is bootstrapped. The public changelog shows regular releases; the September 2026 update added MCP servers inside AI assistants and comment-to-DM for Facebook and Instagram.
Is the AnyChat lifetime deal active?
Yes, the AppSumo deal is live with no end date set.
AnyChat first launched on AppSumo in November 2022 and has been on sale almost continuously since. It relaunched this week with new tier names and has sold more than 13,500 copies.
It is a partner-managed listing. AppSumo says it has not vetted the product, so its "We Got Your Back" guarantee does not apply. The 60-day refund is still shown.
The terms give lifetime access and all future plan updates. The tiers are stacked codes, and you must redeem them within 60 days.
What does the AnyChat deal include?
| Feature | Starter · $49 | Advanced · $98 | Growth · $147 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Agents included | 3 | 5 | 25 |
| Workspaces | 1 | 3 | unlimited |
| Inbox integrations | 1 | 3 | unlimited |
| Widgets | 1 | 3 | unlimited |
| AI assistants | 3 | 5 | unlimited |
| Chat flows | 3 | 5 | unlimited |
| Chat history | 60 days | 90 days | unlimited |
| Channels, domains, conversations | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited |
Every tier gets WhatsApp campaigns, the knowledge base, the help desk, the CRM, email-to-ticket, a custom domain, and widget and dashboard branding removal.
Starter is tight. One workspace, one inbox integration, and 60 days of chat history suit a single small website, not a business running WhatsApp and Instagram side by side.
Growth is not an agency plan. Older AnyChat tiers were sold with agency sub-accounts and resale rights. The founder confirmed in the Q&A that the new Growth tier is not the agency plan, even though some old FAQs and videos still describe agency features.

AnyChat's pricing page sells Starter at $9, Advanced at $14, and Growth at $19 a month on monthly billing. Billed yearly, they cost $89, $149, and $199.
AppSumo's "original prices" are exactly the monthly price times twelve, which is honest.
Growth at $147 pays back in about eight months. Starter at $49 pays back in about five and a half months against the $9 plan. Advanced at $98 takes seven months.
The maths cover AnyChat's own fee only. The running costs below are on top.
What is the honest catch?
There are three, and the first is support.
The honest catch
Since September 2025, four one-taco reviews say support tickets went unanswered. One buyer in September 2026 wrote: "Not sure anyone works at this company." A four-taco review in October 2026 says replies are slow and issues "stay unsolved for days". The founder's advice is to use the live chat, WhatsApp, or Telegram on AnyChat's site rather than email.
The second is running costs. WhatsApp API fees go to Meta; AnyChat says it adds no markup but reserves the right to change that. The AI assistants need your own OpenAI key, or another compatible provider, so you pay for every AI reply. SMS runs through your own Twilio account.
The third is the tier change. The relaunch dropped the agency rights that earlier tiers carried. A 2023 review also complains that older codes were not grandfathered into a new feature. If resale was your reason for buying, this deal no longer gives it.
On the positive side, long-time buyers repeatedly praise how steadily the product has been developed, and several say it replaced a paid support hire.

- Buyers find the interface and chat-flow builder hard to learn
Who should buy AnyChat?
Buy the Growth tier if your customers message you on WhatsApp and Instagram and you want one inbox and an AI first responder.
Good fits:
- small e-commerce and service businesses that sell through WhatsApp
- consultants and freelancers handling enquiries from several channels
- teams paying a monthly inbox tool for live chat plus WhatsApp
Be ready to learn the tool yourself. Several happy buyers say it is powerful but takes time to set up, and you should not count on fast support to get you there.
Who should skip it?
Skip it if you resell support tools to clients. The new tiers have no agency rights.
Skip it if fast support is a requirement. A business-critical inbox needs a vendor that answers within hours, and the recent reviews do not show that.
Skip it if you only need live chat on one website. Helploom or a free Chatwoot install covers that with less setup.
How does AnyChat compare to respond.io, Chatwoot and Trengo?
respond.io is the established WhatsApp-first inbox. Its Starter plan costs $99 a month, and WhatsApp fees are extra there too.
Chatwoot is open source. Its cloud plan costs $19 per agent a month, and the self-hosted Community Edition is free, without its AI features or custom branding.
Trengo starts at €349 a month for ten users, aimed at larger support teams.
AnyChat covers most of what respond.io does for a one-time $147, with less polish and slower support. On this desk, AeroChat and CX Genie are the other AI support inboxes we have reviewed.
Frequently Asked Questions
01Is the AnyChat lifetime deal still available?
Yes. AnyChat is live on AppSumo with three tiers, Starter at $49, Advanced at $98, and Growth at $147, with no end date set and a 60-day refund shown on the listing.
02Does the AnyChat lifetime deal include WhatsApp messaging costs?
No. WhatsApp Business API fees are paid to Meta through your own WhatsApp Manager. AnyChat says it adds no markup but reserves the right to change this.
03Does AnyChat include AI credits?
No. The AI assistants run on your own OpenAI key or another OpenAI-compatible provider, so you pay the AI provider for usage.
04Is the AnyChat Growth tier an agency plan?
No. The founder confirmed in the AppSumo Q&A that the new Growth tier is not the agency plan. Earlier AnyChat tiers included agency sub-accounts, and old FAQs still mention them.
05Which AnyChat tier should I buy?
Growth at $147 for most businesses. It gives unlimited workspaces, inbox integrations, and chat history, and 25 agents. Starter's single workspace and 60-day history are tight.
Is it worth buying?
AnyChat is a Consider.
The value is real. Growth matches a $19-a-month plan for a one-time $147, the product has been shipping for four years, and most buyers are happy with it.
What holds it back is support that recent buyers describe as slow, plus Meta and AI costs that never go away. Buy Growth if you are comfortable setting it up on your own, and use the refund window to test the WhatsApp connection. The Customer Support shelf has the other inbox tools we track.
