AdaptlyPost is a social media scheduler. You write a post once, adapt it per network, and it publishes to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and four more on a calendar.

What sets it apart from the usual scheduler is the agent side. It has an API, a CLI, and an MCP connector, so Claude can draft and queue posts for you.

The AppSumo deal is $59 for 25 social accounts, up to $799 for 500.

The verdict? Consider. Here is how it scores against the way we review deals.

TL;DR. AdaptlyPost is live on AppSumo from $59 for 25 accounts to $799 for 500, across 13 networks with Claude and MCP built in. Tier 1 pays back in about three months against the $19 Creator plan. The catch: X posts cost credits on lifetime accounts, there is no inbox yet, and one developer runs the whole company. A Consider.

AdaptlyPost AppSumo listing showing 90 reviews, a 69 percent discount to $59 from $190, the License Tier 1 selector, a Buy now button, lifetime access and a 60-day refund line
The AdaptlyPost listing is live at $59 for Tier 1 against a $190 anchor, which matches the vendor's yearly Creator price.

What does AdaptlyPost actually do?

AdaptlyPost schedules and publishes posts to 13 networks: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Google Business Profile, and Tumblr. The AppSumo FAQ still says nine; four were added during this run.

The core is a calendar with bulk and CSV uploads, image, video, and carousel posts, per-network caption variants, first comments on LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, and YouTube, and analytics that include posts you published natively.

On top of that is the AI layer: AI captions, an AI image studio, and bring-your-own-key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or OpenRouter. The MCP connector lets Claude or ChatGPT draft and queue posts, and a Contributor role can create drafts that never go live without a human.

Agencies get workspaces, team members with their own credit limits, and a single link you send a client so they can connect their own accounts without sharing passwords.

Credits are only used for AI captions, AI images, and X posts. Every other network posts without touching your credits.

Is the AdaptlyPost lifetime deal active?

Yes, the AppSumo deal is live with no end date set.

AdaptlyPost first appeared on AppSumo as a Launchpad listing in July. The current tiers, including the larger Tiers 4 and 5, went up on 18 September.

The buy box shows Tier 1 at $59 against a $190 anchor, which is the vendor's real yearly Creator price. The listing has about 90 reviews at a 4.94 rating.

Read that rating carefully. 14 of the 20 newest reviews carry AppSumo's incentivised flag, and the app itself offers credits for leaving an AppSumo review, saying "any rating is fine". That does not make the reviews false, but it does make 4.94 less meaningful than it looks.

The deal terms give lifetime access, Creator updates on Tier 1, Pro on Tier 2, and Enterprise on Tiers 3 to 5, activation within 60 days, and upgrades while the deal is live. Refunds run for 60 days.

The founder's own words: "tiers differ only in their limits". Every feature is on every tier except white-label on Tier 5.

Against the plans they map to, the lifetime tiers give slightly fewer accounts and more of everything else. Tier 1 has 25 accounts to Creator's 30, but 200 credits to its 150 and three workspaces to its one. Tier 2 has 50 accounts to Pro's 60, but 600 credits and five seats to Pro's 400 and three.

Tier 2 at $129 is the practical pick for freelancers and small teams. Tier 1's single seat and 200 credits suit a solo creator who posts lightly to X.

AdaptlyPost's pricing page sells Creator at $19, Pro at $39, and Enterprise at $89 a month on monthly billing. Yearly billing is ten times the monthly price.

Tier 1 at $59 pays back in about three months against Creator and saves $625 over three years.

Tier 2 at $129 against Pro at $39 a month also pays back in about three months, and saves $1,275 over three years. Tier 3 at $299 against Enterprise at $89 saves $2,905.

The anchors for Tiers 1 to 3 are the vendor's real yearly prices. The anchors for Tiers 4 and 5, $1,690 and $2,690, match no published plan.

What is the honest catch?

There are three. The first is the company.

Warning

The honest catch

AdaptlyPost is one person. Its about page says "One person writes the AdaptlyPost code, answers the emails, and signs the invoices", trading as a sole proprietorship in Gdańsk, Poland. The first line of code was written in April 2025 and the product launched in January 2026. That founder is clearly productive, with hundreds of changelog entries and same-day fixes on the listing. But a lifetime licence for a scheduler that depends on Meta, TikTok, and X approving its API access is a bet on one person staying at it for years.

The second is X. On lifetime accounts, an X post costs 2 credits, and an X post with a clickable link costs 20, because X now charges developers far more for link posts. By default, links in X text are broken up so they are not clickable. A two-taco reviewer refunded over exactly this. On Tier 1, 200 credits is 100 plain X posts or 10 linked ones a month, and AI captions and images draw from the same pool. If X is your main channel, size up or bring your own AI key.

The third is what is still missing. There is no inbox for comments and DMs yet; the founder's estimate is one to two months, pending Meta approval. There is no proper approval workflow, only a Contributor role that can save drafts. First comments on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are not live. Facebook posting is Pages only, LinkedIn cannot @mention people, and the interface comes in five languages. Buyers on the listing have also asked whether features will be locked later, as happened with another scheduler's X posting; the founder answered "Yes, and we're adding more."

The Ledger

Pros · Cons

Worth your wallet

  • 13 networks, with four added during the AppSumo run itself
  • MCP connector, API, and CLI on every tier, so Claude can draft and queue posts
  • Every tier pays back in about three months against the plan it maps to
  • Per-member credit limits and one-link account connection suit agencies
  • Analytics include posts published outside the app
  • Founder replies and fixes bugs within minutes, by multiple accounts

Hold the cheque

  • One developer runs the company; product launched January 2026
  • X posts cost 2 credits, or 20 with a clickable link, on lifetime accounts
  • No inbox, no approval workflow, no first comments on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok yet
  • 14 of the 20 newest reviews carry AppSumo's incentivised flag
  • Facebook personal profiles not supported; LinkedIn cannot mention people
  • Interface available in five languages only

Who should buy AdaptlyPost?

Buy it if you schedule across several networks and want an agent to do part of the drafting.

Good fits:

  • freelancers and small agencies managing a handful of client brands, on Tier 2
  • creators posting to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and Bluesky, where posting costs no credits
  • founders who already use Claude and want it to queue social posts through MCP
  • anyone moving off a per-channel subscription like Buffer

Who should skip it?

Skip it if X is your main channel and you post links. The credit meter will bite.

Skip it if you need a social inbox or a client approval flow today, not in two months.

Skip it if you would not trust a one-person company with your clients' account connections for the next several years. The track record is nine months long.

How does AdaptlyPost compare to Buffer and Postiz?

Buffer charges $5 a channel a month on Essentials. Twenty-five channels comes to roughly $125 a month. It is the safe, established choice, and it has no MCP layer.

Postiz is the closest match in spirit: open source, agent-friendly, and $49 a month for 30 channels on its Pro plan, or free if you host it yourself.

AdaptlyPost's edge is the one-time price and the pace of development. Its gap is age and headcount. On this desk, SocialBu, Followr, and Radaar are the other scheduler deals we have reviewed, all with longer records. The Social shelf has the full list.

Frequently Asked Questions

01Is the AdaptlyPost lifetime deal still available?

Yes. AdaptlyPost is live on AppSumo from $59 for 25 social accounts to $799 for 500, with a 60-day refund and no end date set.

02Does AdaptlyPost charge credits for X posts?

Yes, on lifetime accounts. An X post costs 2 credits, and an X post with a clickable link costs 20. Posting to every other network costs no credits. Credits are also used for AI captions and AI images.

03Which social networks does AdaptlyPost support?

Thirteen: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Google Business Profile, and Tumblr. Facebook personal profiles and Reddit are not supported.

04Does AdaptlyPost work with Claude?

Yes. AdaptlyPost has an MCP connector, an API, and a CLI on every tier, so Claude can draft and schedule posts. A Contributor role can create drafts that only go live after a human approves them.

05What would AdaptlyPost cost without the lifetime deal?

Creator is $19 a month, Pro is $39, and Enterprise is $89 on monthly billing, with yearly billing at ten times the monthly price. Tier 1 at $59 pays back in about three months against Creator.

Is it worth buying?

AdaptlyPost is a Consider.

The product is moving faster than any other scheduler on AppSumo, the maths pay back in about three months on every tier, and the MCP connector is a real reason to choose it over the established names.

But a lifetime deal is a long promise, and this one comes from a single developer with nine months of public history, a metered X channel, and a review section shaped partly by in-app incentives. Buy Tier 2 if the networks you use most are not X, connect your real accounts inside the 60 days, and keep it if the inbox ships on time.
