Acadle Lifetime Deal (LTD) & Review - Lifetime Deals
Acadle lifetime deal review: the live AppSumo AI academy builder at $99, why bring-your-own-AI-key and included white-label make it tempting, and why a stale 4.8 rating keeps it a Consider.

Acadle builds white-label academies — the branded training site a SaaS company puts in front of customers, or an L&D team puts in front of staff.
Courses and learning paths, quizzes and certificates, drip content, discussion threads inside lessons, a custom domain, and an API to embed the whole thing inside your own product.
The AppSumo lifetime starts at $99 a code and stacks to four, against a plan that bills $39 a month.
This listing is a relaunch, and the product behind it has visibly moved. AI now drafts course outlines and quizzes, and you plug in your own Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI key — so there is no credit wall and no per-generation charge.
Two things temper it. The headline 4.8 from 279 reviews was mostly earned at the 2021 launch, while the dated negatives sit in 2025 and describe server errors and a shaky course builder.
The verdict? A Consider — a genuinely improved product whose public rating still describes an older, rougher one. Here is how it scores against the way we review deals.
TL;DR. Acadle is a live AppSumo lifetime deal from $99 for a white-label AI academy platform. Every tier includes branding removal, custom domain, and bring-your-own-key AI with no credit wall. The catch: the 4.8 rating is carried by 2021 reviews, while 2025 ones report stability problems. A Consider.

What does Acadle actually do?
Acadle is a learning management system pointed at customer onboarding and employee training rather than at creators selling courses. That distinction still runs through every judgement below.
You build courses and lessons, group them into learning paths, gate them with quizzes and certificates, drip the content on a schedule, and set validity timers so access expires. Learners get private notes and discussion threads inside each lesson, plus a community space and a mobile app.
The white-label side is the pitch, and it is properly delivered: a custom domain with free SSL, your own SMTP so email comes from you, pixel tracking, a certificate builder using your own branding, and an API with webhooks so the academy can sit inside your own product. Academies can be public or private, with bulk user creation and multilingual support. Any course can also be shared externally without a login, which turns a lesson into a lead magnet.
Admin control is unusually granular for this price. You can create custom roles with per-feature permissions and no cap on how many, so a contractor sees only what they should.
The buyer is a SaaS company building a training academy, an agency running client academies, or an internal L&D team. The wrong buyer is still a course creator selling to the public: there is no native video hosting, no recurring subscription billing, and no Razorpay for Indian sellers.
Is the Acadle lifetime deal active?
Yes, it is live.
The Acadle AppSumo listing is buyable from $99 for one code, stacking to four, with a 60-day refund window and AppSumo Select certification. It relaunched under a new headline — "Build AI-powered online academies" — replacing the older customer-training framing.
Acadle has now run on AppSumo at least three times. The 2021 deal sold at $69 a code for 500 students. A later run sold at a lower user ceiling. This one sells at $99 with 200 users at the entry tier and a substantially larger feature set.
Note the pattern before you read the maths: the per-code price has risen across every run, and the user ceiling at the entry tier is lower than it was in 2021. What you get for it is a much more capable product.
What does the AI actually add?
Course drafting, and — more usefully — no metered AI bill.
Describe what you want and Acadle generates a full course outline: modules, lessons, and learning outcomes. It will auto-generate assessments too, across multiple-choice, short-answer, and descriptive questions. You pick the lesson types and edit anything it produces.
The part worth more than the drafting is the key model. You bring your own API key — Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI — and keys are encrypted at rest. Course outlines, lesson content, translations, and summaries then run on your account with no credit wall and no per-generation charge from Acadle.
That matters on a lifetime deal more than it looks. The standard trap in AI-bundled LTDs is a monthly credit allowance that the vendor can quietly shrink, or a "future AI models may cost extra" clause. Bring-your-own-key sidesteps both: your AI costs are your provider's bill, and Acadle cannot meter what it does not supply.
An AI Center panel sets the default provider, model, and agent for each feature, so you can point cheap tasks at a cheap model.
What does the Acadle deal include?
Four stackable tiers. Every tier grants the same Basic feature set — codes buy capacity, not features.
| Feature | 1 Code · $99 | 2 Codes · $198 | 3 Codes · $297 | 4 Codes · $396 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Users | 200 | 400 | 600 | 800 |
| Team members | 2 | 4 | 6 | 8 |
| Storage | 10GB | 20GB | 30GB | 40GB |
| Academies | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 |
| No Acadle branding | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| Unlimited courses and lessons | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| Custom domain + free SSL | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| Integrations, webhooks, API | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| Certificate builder | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| Community | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| Stripe + own SMTP | yes | yes | yes | yes |
The important line is No Acadle branding at every tier. On a white-label product that is the feature the whole pitch rests on, and plenty of competing LTDs hold it back for higher tiers or a paid add-on. Here the $99 entry gets it.
The ceiling to watch is one academy at every tier. Codes buy users, seats, and storage — they do not buy a second academy. An agency wanting separate branded academies per client should confirm how that is handled before buying, because stacking will not solve it.

Acadle bills month-to-month at Basic $39, Essential $99, and Advanced $399.
Match the tiers honestly: one code grants 200 users, 10GB, 2 team members — that is Basic, at $39 a month. Essential is 500 users and 50GB, which one code does not reach. Any comparison against the $99 or $399 plans overstates the saving, and several write-ups of this deal do exactly that.
The AppSumo anchor is refreshingly honest on this point. $468 is $39 twelve times over — the real annual cost of the plan the code actually grants. The anchors scale cleanly too: $936 at two codes, $1,404 at three, $1,872 at four.
At $99 against $39 a month, payback lands at about two and a half months, and three years of Basic would cost roughly $1,404 against your $99. That is a sound, honest saving on a plan you can verify.
Why only a Consider?
Because the rating on the listing describes a product that no longer exists — in both directions.
The 4.8 across 279 reviews has an odd shape: 264 five-stars, four four-stars, one three-star, four two-stars, six one-stars. Almost nothing in the middle. The five-star mass arrived at the 2021 launch when buyers were reviewing a purchase rather than a year of use.
The negatives arrived much later, and the dated ones cluster in 2025 with specifics that are hard to wave away — repeated 500 server errors, breakage across browsers, a course builder called "a mess", images that could not be added to lessons, a file manager that "barely works", and folder nesting capped at two levels with changes silently failing to save.
Those reviews describe the version before this rebuild. So the 4.8 is too generous about the old product's stability, and simultaneously too stale to tell you anything about the new one. Neither number in front of you is measuring what you would be buying.
What has plainly improved is scope: AI drafting, bring-your-own-key, custom roles, community, certificate builder, mobile app. What is unproven is whether the infrastructure underneath got the same attention — and an AI-heavy relaunch is exactly when new load lands on old plumbing.
That is the Consider. Not "avoid it", but "the evidence you would normally lean on is not describing this product, so make the 60 days do that work instead."
Where does Acadle bite?
The Ledger
Pros · ConsWorth your wallet
- White-label branding removal included at every tier, including the $99 entry
- Bring-your-own-key AI — no credit wall, no per-generation charge, keys encrypted at rest
- Honest anchor: $468 is exactly twelve months of the $39 Basic plan the code grants
- Payback in roughly two and a half months against a plan you can actually verify
- Custom roles with per-feature permissions and no cap on how many
- Custom domain, free SSL, own SMTP, webhooks and API at every tier
- Unlimited courses and lessons, drip, certificates, and multilingual academies
- Courses shareable externally without a login, which doubles as lead generation
- AppSumo Select with a 60-day refund window
Hold the cheque
- The 4.8/279 rating is carried by 2021 launch reviews and describes an older product
- Dated 2025 negatives report 500 errors, cross-browser breakage, and a rough course builder
- Whether the rebuild fixed the stability complaints is unverified
- One academy at every tier — stacking codes buys capacity, never a second academy
- Entry tier gives 200 users, below the 500 students the 2021 deal sold at $69
- Per-code price has risen across every run, from $69 to $99
- No native video hosting, so live classes still depend on third-party tools
- No recurring subscription billing and no Razorpay — wrong tool for selling courses
- Gamification, praised in older reviews, is absent from the current tier table
The two most useful facts here pull against each other. Branding removal at $99 and uncapped bring-your-own-key AI are genuinely good terms — better than most of this category offers at any price. And the only public evidence about reliability is a set of 2025 complaints about the version this one replaced.
How does Acadle compare to the alternatives?
- Thinkific — a free plan and paid tiers from around $36 a month, with no transaction fees. The safe default if you want a proven platform, though it is a course-selling tool first and a white-label academy second.
- Teachable — Starter at $29 a month with a 7.5% fee, Builder at $69 with none. Better than Acadle for selling to the public, worse for embedding inside a SaaS product.
- LearnWorlds — $29 to $299 a month, and the strongest direct rival on genuine white-label and interactive video. The one to price against if branded embedding is the point.
- Academy LMS — the lifetime-versus-lifetime option, self-hosted on WordPress, with migration tools from LearnDash, Tutor, and LifterLMS.
Acadle's edge is specific: white-label embedding plus unmetered AI at a one-time $99. LearnWorlds does the white-label better but charges monthly forever; Thinkific is more reliable but is not really trying to be an embedded academy. If those are your requirements and $99 is refundable for 60 days, Acadle is worth the test.

Frequently Asked Questions
01Is the Acadle lifetime deal active in 2026?
Yes. Acadle is live on AppSumo from $99 for one code, stacking to four at $396, with a 60-day refund window and AppSumo Select certification. It relaunched under a new AI-focused positioning. Check the live page before buying, as AppSumo deals can be pulled without notice.
02How much does the Acadle lifetime deal cost?
$99 for one code, $198 for two, $297 for three, and $396 for four. One code grants 200 users, 2 team members, 10GB of storage, and 1 academy; four codes give 800 users, 8 team members, and 40GB. Every tier grants the same features.
03Does the Acadle LTD remove Acadle branding?
Yes, at every tier including the $99 entry. Branding removal, a custom domain with free SSL, and your own SMTP are all included, which is what makes the white-label pitch hold up. Several competing academy LTDs hold branding removal back for higher tiers.
04Does Acadle charge for AI credits?
No. You connect your own Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI API key, and generation runs on your provider account with no credit wall and no per-generation fee from Acadle. Keys are encrypted at rest. Your only AI cost is whatever your provider bills you.
05Is the Acadle 4.8 rating trustworthy?
Not as a guide to the current product. The 264 five-star ratings largely date from the 2021 launch, while the dated one- and two-star reviews fall in 2025 and report server errors and a rough course builder. Both predate this rebuild, so neither describes what you would buy.
06Can I run multiple academies with stacked codes?
No. Every tier grants one academy, and stacking codes raises users, team members, and storage rather than academy count. If you are an agency needing a separate branded academy per client, confirm how that is handled before buying.
Is it worth buying?
Acadle is a Consider at $99, and the entry tier is the right place to test it.
The relaunch fixed the things that mattered. White-label branding removal is included at every tier rather than sold as an upsell, the AppSumo anchor is an honest twelve months of the plan you actually get, and bring-your-own-key AI removes the credit wall that quietly spoils most AI-bundled lifetime deals. Custom roles, a certificate builder, community, and external course sharing are all real additions rather than roadmap talk.
What has not been established is reliability. The public record on that consists of 2025 complaints about 500 errors and a course builder people struggled with — the version this rebuild replaced. There is no independent evidence yet on whether the new one holds up, and shipping a large AI layer is not usually when infrastructure gets calmer.
So treat the 60 days as the review nobody else has written. Build a real academy, put actual learners through it, upload files until you have a feel for the storage cap, and hammer the course builder specifically — that is where the old complaints landed. If it holds, $99 for a white-label academy with unmetered AI is a strong buy.
If you need a proven platform this week rather than a promising one, Thinkific and LearnWorlds are the safer money.
The right verdict is Consider at 6.8/10.
